Super Round. Starter So Hyeong-jun (KT Wiz), saved from the preliminary round; first senior-national-team start vs Japan since 2019. With Kim Do-yeong and Moon Bo-gyeong possibly out or limited, Lee Jae-hyeon (Samsung) or Yoon Dong-hee (Lotte) may fill in at 1B. A win (2-0) would put Korea in a strong position for the final; Korea is chasing a fifth straight title.
