1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of Daily IL (“the site”), a sports schedule and injury information service. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

  1. The site compiles game schedules and player injury and absence information from public sources for information only.
  2. The site does not offer or broker betting or gambling services and does not encourage any such activity.
  3. The service is free. We may change or discontinue it as needed.

2a. Accounts

  1. Some features, such as favorites, are for members. You can sign up with an email link, Google or Kakao, and only if you accept these terms and the privacy policy and are 14 or older.
  2. You can delete your account at any time on the My favorites page; your account and favorites are deleted immediately.
  3. We may delete accounts created with someone else’s details or used to disrupt the service.

3. Accuracy and limitation of liability

  1. We try hard to be accurate, but player status can change right before a game, and we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current.
  2. Always check official league and club announcements before making important decisions.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any loss arising from use of its information.

4. Intellectual property

  1. Texts, compiled data and design created by the site belong to the site. Personal, non-commercial viewing and short quotations with attribution are allowed.
  2. Team, league and competition names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Prohibited use

You must not:

7. Changes

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
